The host chooses the current winning target. Players mark songs as they are called, then submit a claim when their card meets that target. The host confirms the result.
The rules that apply to every target
- A required song must be on the player's card, marked by the player and called in this game.
- The center FREE SPACE counts automatically when a pattern includes it.
- The current target determines what qualifies; completing one line is not enough when the target is two lines or a special shape.
- Submitting a bingo claim is a request for review. Wait for host confirmation before treating it as a win.
One, two, three or four lines
A complete horizontal row, vertical column or full corner-to-corner diagonal is a line. The target can require one, two, three or four distinct completed lines.
Lines can intersect and share tiles. They do not have to be parallel. The diagrams below show examples; other complete rows, columns and diagonals also qualify.
Only lines that have not already been confirmed count toward a new line claim. If you win one line and the host changes to Two Lines, that previously confirmed line is not one of the two new lines required.
Special winning shapes
For these targets, complete the specified tiles rather than counting ordinary lines. Tiles outside the required shape are not needed for that shape's claim.
Check a claim before submitting
- Open See Target and confirm the shape or number of lines currently required.
- Check your marks. Correct accidental selections on the main card.
- Use Catch Up if the host enabled it and you need to review called songs.
- Submit Bingo and wait for the host. If invalid calls are blocked, fix the missing or incorrect requirements first.
What changes after a confirmed win?
The winning tiles are locked, and the game remembers the confirmed pattern. A player cannot repeatedly claim that same confirmed result as a new win.
For later line claims, complete the required number of additional, unconfirmed lines. Those new lines may share tiles with a previously confirmed line; the line itself must be new.
A confirmed winner does not automatically finish the round. The host decides whether to continue, change the target or end the game.
Explain the rules before play
- Announce the starting target and show players how to check it on their phones.
- Explain that players mark their own songs and use the Bingo button to request a check.
- Tell the room whenever the target changes, including the rule about previously confirmed lines.
- Explain your event's prize and tie arrangements separately; the app's pattern check does not set those event policies.
Common questions
Can two winning lines overlap?
Yes. A row and a column, for example, can share a tile. Each line still needs to be complete and not previously confirmed.
Do I need to mark the free space?
No. It counts automatically when the winning pattern includes the center.
Does switching the target reset the card?
No. Check the new target using your existing card and marks. Confirmed lines remain recorded.
