Know your hosting screens
If you already have an active game, return to it rather than creating a second session accidentally. Keep the host game tab available while the game and remote controls are in use.

Manage joining players
Share the player QR code or game code. Watch the waiting-player list and admit the intended guests; a submitted joining request is not the same as admission.
Use individual admission when you need to check names, or the available Admit All control when the waiting list is ready. Review a player's card when investigating a claim or helping them.
Removing a player prevents them from continuing in that session. Use Allow Back if you intend to let a removed player return.
Control playback and the song timer

| Start / Finish | Start begins the round. Finish opens the end-of-round confirmation; it is not a pause button. |
| Next / Previous | Move through the song sequence. Confirm the displayed song agrees with the audio, especially with external playback. |

| Song timer | Choose Off or one of the available durations from 25 to 90 seconds. |
| Auto | When enabled with a timer, advances at the end of the countdown. A timer without Auto lets you retain manual control of advancing. |
Choose player-facing settings
Explain the target and any changes to the room. Confirmed lines are remembered; choosing a new line target does not make an already confirmed line a new line again.

Review claims and confirm winners
- Open the pending bingo claim and inspect the player's card and validation result.
- Check the current target and the called songs. A marked tile alone is not enough to qualify.
- Confirm a valid win, or clear a claim that should not be accepted and explain what the player needs to check.
- Announce the result. Confirming a winner does not replace the separate action of finishing the round.
Use connected tools for their intended role
- Host Remote: private phone or tablet controls for the host. Keep its pairing QR code away from the audience.
- VirtualDJ Connector: connects a VirtualDJ-mode game to local music playback. Keep the connector and VirtualDJ running.
- Jumbotron: audience display for joining information and game updates. It is separate from the host control screen.
Finish the round deliberately
Use Finish and read the confirmation. Supported playback modes offer choices about stopping or keeping the music; choose the result you actually want.
With external playback, ending the BingoBeats round does not operate your external player. Stop or continue that music yourself.
After the round, prepare the next game and share its joining details. Do not leave an ended-game screen on the audience TV while telling guests that a new game is ready.

Can I use the remote instead of keeping the host tab open?
Keep the host game tab open and connected. The remote depends on the host session for playback control.
Does confirming a winner end the game?
No. Use Finish when you want to end the round.
